Over 30 years of experience in the Philippines and first-class education and service in a tropical environment. Our PADI instructors can teach in English, German, Filipino, and Bisaya. Sea Explorers has 2 classrooms with air-conditioning and all media equipment necessary for ease of learning.
Minimum age: 8 years

The first chance to breathe underwater comes at the age of 8. You can try the fun of diving in a swimming pool or in shallow/confined areas of the sea.
Minimum age: 12 years
Duration: 3-4 hours
You will receive a 30 minute theory lesson before you dive in shallow water to practice some basic diving skills to make you feel comfortable with the dive equipment. After that, you will have the opportunity to dive with your instructor to maximum 12 meters depth.
The instructor will allow you to explore and point out different marine life. This course is only to introduce you to the underwater world and to give you an insight about what scuba diving is all about. A certificate that enables you to go diving again will not be issued.
Minimum age: 15 years (12-15 years PADI Junior Open Water)
Duration: 3-4 days
The Open Water Course is considered the entrance level course. In 3-4 days, our instructor will teach you how to use the scuba equipment and you will dive several times in the shallow/confined water where you will get familiar with the basic skills.
Then, you will move on to 4 open water dives and discover some great marine life and get a chance to practice your skills.
The goal of the course is to make you feel comfortable with yourself underwater and learn how to communicate with your dive buddy. The theory is divided into 5 chapters with videos and a manual (included in the cost of the course).

Duration: 2-3 days
5 dives are included in this practical course. The mandatory dives to become AOW certified are the deep dive and the navigation dive. For the other 3 dives, you can choose: night, multi-level, computer, boat or naturalist dive. The deep dive we usually do at the dive spot Monad Shoal to a maximum allowed depth of 30 meters.
This course is needed before being able to obtain the Rescue Diver course.
Minimum age: 12 years
Duration: 1-2 days
3 dives are included in this course with the mandatory dives being deep and navigation dive, along with one more of your choosing.
Minimum age: 15 years
Duration: 5-6 days
The Emergency First Responder course gives you basic training of First Aid and CPR. This is partnered with the Rescue Diver course which will allow you to pair these skills with those you may need while diving. You will learn to help stressed and panicked divers and diver and also you will get deeper knowledge in the theory. This will give you the power to help in the case of an emergency.
Sea Explorers also offer Nitrox, wreck, deep, night, underwater naturalist and underwater navigation courses.

This course is your step to become a professional and will give you an insight on how to guide divers underwater and assist an instructor when conducting a course.
You will be able to start a career as a dive guide after completing this course.
